By using this website and purchasing PetTap products, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or using any of the services offered.
1. Website Owner
The website www.pettap.it is operated by Alice Zanette, VAT no. IT05348930289, based in Italy.

2. Products and Purchases
PetTap products are sold exclusively online via this website.
The products are custom pet tags, personalized with the pet’s name and customer-provided information.
Purchases are restricted to individuals over 18 and residents of Italy or the European Union.
3. Orders, Payments and Shipping
Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards and PayPal.
Shipping: carried out via Poste Italiane or partner couriers within Italy and the EU.
Shipping cost: €4.90 per order; free shipping on orders of €49 or more.
Delivery time: approximately 7–15 working days from order confirmation (including time for tag production).
The customer is responsible for providing correct and up-to-date shipping information.
4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Under current legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products (pursuant to Art. 59, letter c, of the Italian Consumer Code).
PetTap tags are custom-made based on the customer’s instructions and therefore cannot be returned or refunded.
5. Private Area and PetTap Profile
The private area is accessible to customers after login on Pettap.it.
Each pet profile is created by the customer and linked to the purchased tag.
Public profile URLs are securely generated, not indexed by search engines, and accessible only via the tag scan or from the user’s private area.
All profile data is stored on ARUBA servers, under the direct control of PetTap.
The profile viewing service via tag is included in the purchase price.
PetTap reserves the right to introduce an annual fee in the future for maintaining the profile service, which will be clearly communicated in advance. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
The profile service will remain available as long as the website is active.
6. Liability
PetTap is not responsible for any misuse of tags or public URLs by third parties.
In case of malfunctions or temporary service outages, customers can contact support at info@pettap.it.
PetTap will aim to resolve technical issues as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.
7. Additional Services (e.g., “Find Friends”)
PetTap may introduce additional features in the future (e.g., “Find Friends”) allowing users to filter and contact other users, in compliance with privacy regulations and platform rules.
Such features will be governed by specific conditions, which will be published on the website when those services are activated.
8. Privacy
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on www.pettap.it/privacy.
All data is handled in compliance with the GDPR and applicable Italian data protection laws.
